Ability to plan and execute to obtain desired results. Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel required, PowerPoint preferred). Strong analytical skills, proficient in verbal and written communication. 
Minimum of 4 years Customer Service or Sales experience.College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.(For example: No travel is expected for this position or % of travel required.) List if percentage of travel time expected for the position, where the travel occurs, such as locally or in specific countries or states, and whether the travel is overnight. This is a Full-time position and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.

This position is in Alpharetta, GA and Rolling Meadows, IL and operates in a professional office environment. This position’s leadership responsibilities involve developing others, building and maintain relationships, managing effective teams and work groups, and valuing diversity and difference.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting the flexibility to adapt to the department’s needs.

Take and pass 2 classes offered through the LP Academy either on-line or classroom. Earn Certification in the Client Services 12 Elements training module. Ensure that departmental processes are designed and implemented in a way to mitigate operational risks / losses. Other duties assigned to ensure overall departmental efficiency and client satisfaction. 
Be proficient in, and use extensively all LP systems including ePlan, Remedy/ResponsePlan and The Client Management Tool.Support New Client activation for all clients assigned to personal portfolio.Identify and present to client opportunities to increase product penetration with clients.Insure data integrity for all billing and reports provided to clients.Support Client Success with Business Reviews to clients, including service goals, costs, cost reduction opportunities, daily maintenance, including client requirements opportunities, and overall relationship management.
